Introduction

CSig is the software to implement the combining test of logistic regression and Hardy-Weinberg proportion test for genetic association studies.

Instruction

1. Download CSig and put it in your working directory.
2. Open the command line window, and change directory to your working directory.
3. To consult the detailed help file, please type at prompt:

   csig

   or

   csig ?h

4. Please follow the instructions in the help file to run the program.
